- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any API keys or credentials.
- You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
- You retain ownership of content you upload; however, you grant us a license to process it solely for providing the service.

All content generated through the Platform, including storyboard scripts, visual prompts, and captions, may be used by you for your commercial or personal projects. The Platform itself, including its code, design, and underlying technology, is proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to damages resulting from AI-generated content inaccuracies or service interruptions.
6. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party AI services (Google Gemini API). We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or compliance with your requirements. When you provide your own API key, your usage is subject to that third party's terms and pricing.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
